After a week’s worth of dinners, brunches, fashion shows, and finally, the big night, The 2024 NAACP Image Awards wrapped Saturday (March 16) after honoring the biggest names and best talent of the last year.
While most winners will come as no surprise to some, as the organization has been slowly handing out awards all week, Saturday’s broadcast brought out the big guns, with Fantasia, Taraji P. Henson and The Color Purple taking home awards in addition to those won before show. Usher also had a big night, taking home “Entertainer Of The Year” and “President’s Award” trophies.
